We were founded in 1997 by a local Worthington, Ohio mom who was known for finding excellent, reliable childcare for her own kids.  Her friends began asking her to help them find great sitters too, and Sitters Unlimited was born!  In the last 20+ years, we have helped over 6,000 local families, employed over 3,000 professional childcare providers, and have placed sitters in over 160,000 local babysitting jobs! 

 

In 2021, Sitters Unlimited transferred hands to its current owners, local Dublin sisters, Jennifer Cseplo and Jessica Gribben.  Both sisters worked as sitters for the service during their college years, completing 2000+ sits during their tenure.  Post college both sisters have settled in Dublin and are raising families of their own.  Now, as the owners of Sitters Unlimited, they bring knowledge from both the client and sitter perspective to everything they touch, from screening and hiring sitters to helping families find their ideal sitting team.

We have always required that our sitters be over the age of 18, have their own reliable transportation, and have ample experience.  We verify their experience by checking multiple references from parents who can attest to the sitter's responsibility, dependability, and capabilities with their own children.  We complete thorough background checks and require all sitters to have CPR certification to further ensure your family's safety.
